Pricing

Every Project is different, but here is a rough guide of my prices.

My basic copy typing prices start from:

£8.50 per 1,000 words for typing from printed text

£9.50 per 1,000 words for typing from handwritten papers
(Please note:  Illegible handwriting will cost you extra!)

For documents which are required to have the insertion of tables, text boxes, pictures, footnotes, section breaks or any other time consuming formatting, these will incur an additional formatting charge to take into account the extra time involved.  (Normally charged at £15 per hour).

PowerPoint and Excel documents are charged at £10.00 - £15.00 per hour, or by page, again it all depends on the amount of typing involved, and the time required for setting up the formatting.  (A price can be given once the pages/info has been viewed.)

Please could I ask that you only provide me with documents which have legible handwriting.  Thank you!

Please Note:-  If you require your documents to be printed, rather than returned to you via email, then I do make a charge of 15p per Black and White page, or 20p per Colour page to cover my material costs.  Large documents will be printed double sided, unless otherwise stated.  I use good quality paper for printing i.e. White 100 gsm.

Your typed up documents can be returned to you as "zipped files" by email, sent by post, hand delivered (small businesses only, if within 5 miles), or you can hand collect (by prior arrangement only). - see Terms & Conditions. 

Postage and packing will be added to your invoice accordingly.

Payment

I accept the following Payments:  Bank transfer,  credit/debit card payments via PayPal.  (There will be a small charge of 3.4% added onto your Invoice, if you choose to use this service, to cover PayPal Admin Fees).  You don't need to have a PayPal account.  I will send your invoice via PayPal and you will receive it in your email Inbox, just select how you wish to pay and click the "Pay Now" Logo.  Invoices are required to be paid in full within 7 days.  Cash can also be accepted on collection/delivery of your documentation - see Terms & Conditions. Sorry "No Cheques" accepted.
