I am currently using Microsoft Office 2016 which allows me to produce a wide variety of documents by using many of the "Advanced" features available within Microsoft Word 2016. I can save your files to earlier versions or other file formats if you wish, by request.

I can insert pictures (if supplied), text boxes, tables, footnotes, headers, footers, hyperlinks etc. into your Microsoft Word documents, if requested.
If you wish, I can incorporate your own Company Logo into any document, or use your own Company headed paper to print your documents onto.
Unless otherwise requested, all documents will be produced to my own professional layout and text style.
For most documents I usually format using the business font Times New Roman 12pt (justified paragraphs).
If you have any specific requirements regarding font size, font style, paragraph alignment, or layout, please let me know when placing your original request.
I always aim to produce my documents to a high standard with regards to accuracy and layout.
